About
I help people think and be healthy! I assess each client to determine how best to improve their overall health and fitness. I look at all of their current habits in every area of their life to aid them in reaching their fitness goals. I train clients at their homes and I specialize in reshaping your body while building strength. Most of my clientele are business professionals looking to be fit, strong, and in optimal health. I am also a Functional Training Specialist and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and have plenty of experience working with clients requiring training programs to work around any ailments or injuries. As a former Anatomy and Physiology teacher, I have always been fascinated with the human body and would love to share my knowledge with you! Seeing the excitement of clients when they witness their progress and/or goals gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy guiding clients to help them change their outlook on health and fitness to maintain a lifelong journey of health. I also offer self-defense and jiu jitsu lessons for both one-on-one and group settings. My martial arts background is a black belt in jiu jitsu and I have been training and competing for the past 13 yrs. I have also been an instructor for 7 years. This martial art uses skills ideal for a smaller opponent against someone larger which is very beneficial for women.

I've been doing strength training with Jennifer Dietrick for over a year now and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. She has an expert's understanding of anatomy and fitness and she's always willing to explain her methods and offer advice if asked. I had never worked out at this level before so I wasn't totally sure what to expect when I started, but Jennifer is great at adapting to what each client needs and wants. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable trainer with a strong sense of professionalism, I highly recommend her!

When I first met Jennifer near the end of last year, I was morbidly obese. I had gained about 50 pounds, and for two years could not get rid of them. The only thing I could do was call a professional. I was hesitant because I have had a lot of experience with personal trainers. Each one had their own approach, and I started feeling the ‘personal’ in personal training was more about the trainer’s personal philosophies, and less about me. I would cancel more than half the sessions and dread the sessions I was present for. And I never lost weight!!!!! Jennifer was the first trainer to listen to my needs. I told her about my fears, and she designed a program just for me. And I started feeling very differently about my workouts. In fact, I started looking forward to them. So much so, that a couple months ago I asked Jen if we could go from 2 to 3 sessions a week. Jennifer has taught me important dietary changes as well. She works without being condescending or forceful. She is exactly the perfect personal trainer for me. But I also know that she caters to every client according to their personal needs. I look good, feel good, asthma is gone, bp is normal, heart rate is lowered, and my self-esteem is back. I just weighed myself before writing this. 27 pounds off as of this morning. Thank you, Jennifer, for bringing this hot lady back. I’m off to conquer the world. ;)

Jennifer has coached me for both bikini physique competing and overall fitness for my long term goals. I always like to call her "Coach," even when I'm not competing, because she is so much more than a personal trainer. She guides me through my fitness journey, not just by putting me through a great workout; she also encourages and inspires through her words of wisdom and leading by example (Jennifer is the strongest and fittest person I know).
