Guillermo did an incredible job during the powder room tile demo and installation. He not only installed the tiles but also guided me through the entire process, being very professional and making it simple. Hands down the best tile contractor we’ve ever worked with. He helped design and complete our authentic Mexican and travertine tile bathroom, along with our Saltillo flooring, and the craftsmanship is absolutely flawless. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He’s honest, trustworthy, transparent with every purchase, return, and payment, and always patient with my questions. His crew was equally kind, considerate, professional, and kept everything incredibly clean throughout the process.
We’ve renovated more than five homes, and I grew up the daughter of a builder, so I’ve been around my share of contractors and crews. He is easily the most skilled and professional I’ve encountered. Not one flaw in the finished work. He’s earned a lifetime customer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our tile work.

Wow, what an excellent experience working with Guillermo and his team. I contacted him on a Tuesday night, and the job was completed by Thursday!
I needed a few tiles repaired on my kitchen floor, as well as some re-grouting. It was making me nervous because the grout was coming lose and the cracking on the tile was getting worse and worse. I waited on my handyman for 3 weeks to come do the repair, then out of frustration, posted the job on Thumbtack.
Guillermo responded within minutes. I sent him pictures, he gave me a quote, kept in touch, and the job was complete! His professionalism, responsiveness, value and speed was so worth it. He’s now my tile guy!

Guillermo and Chris worked great as a team. Our craftsman kitchen looks amazing. They did a great job on the tile work; everything was precise and met our specifications. Guillermo was willing to work with us on coinciding trim work which was to be installed after the tiling was done. His many years of tiling experience proved to be a great asset to the overall finished product!
