SLS Maintenance is fair to both the tenants and landlords. My experiences working with Maintenance has been beautiful, quality work.
From the landlord side, I appreciate that the work is detailed out so I understand the need. This also tells me that a thorough evaluation was reviewed before deciding whether to repair or replace. I also like that SLS Maintenance gets to the root of the issue rather than put a bandaid to the problem. Although it can be more costly up front, the idea is to curb the cost down the road. I appreciate that SLS invests in these homes as much as landlords.
