- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 per hour and no matter how many hours I work for a customer, their service fees are paid for a year from the date of Service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read study and listen to technologists all the time I go to my local library to read local magazines and national magazines about the field. I have worked for the largest companies in the industry on a contract basis when I feel I need to catch up. My last big assignment was in 2013. I am up to speed on agile management techniques. I am up to speed on virtual machines and management techniques. I work with Microsoft tech knowledgies primarily. But I can support UNIX, as I've been a unix system administrator in the past.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 20 years of being an inventor and solving problems that nobody else thought could be fixed., I figured that I could help anybody do anything if they just needed my help. No I'm a little more reasonable and I understand I can't fix everything-in other words I don't fix people. I like to fix technical problems.
