Phil was just amazing! He totally exceeded our expectations! He also plays the guitar and sings beautifully. He learned our (the bride and groom's) song and played/sang it as I walked down the aisle. He was very pleasant to work with and super open to our ideas. I could not be any happier!Aug 3, 2018VerifiedPhil R.'s reply

I was putting together my wedding from out of town so you can imagine how much confidence I had to have in my choice for an officiant. I can honestly tell you my husband and I couldn't have been more happy with choosing Phil. Phil was extremely responsive to my email correspondence, worked with us on the type of ceremony we wanted to have and even gave us a choice on what he should wear. We were able to meet with him the day before the ceremony to discuss the ceremony more in-depth and even talked about music -- which he played guitar and sang at our ceremony. I can assure you if you choose Phil to be your officiant, you will not be disappointed. He is awesome!Oct 29, 2017Verified
Phil did amazing job and made it a truly fun and memorable experience!Jun 25, 2018Verified
I am so glad I found Phil to be the officiant at my wedding. He did an excellent job! My groom requested a non religious wedding and Phil was very cooperative with the request and the ceremony was heartfelt, emotional, and beatiful. He played us a song on his guitar, even taking a request of an guitar version of an Elton John song. He even said a prayer with me privately before we parted ways, as per my request. My wedding was amazing and Phil Rountree is highly recommended.May 22, 2018Verified
