Sissie L. says, "The A/Z Plumping Serve Rep. Zaul came over within 24 hours of contact. Zaul worked very well with my husband. He did not waste one single minute. After a few minutes of his arrival, informed us what and why "the switch" to the jets were not working (electrical). Also 1 out of 6 jets was clogged. He cleared the jet. Here are the steps he took to repair the deep soaking tub. The "switch" & the appliance controller was not turning on (for jets). After replacing the switch, he cleaned one clogged jet. 1. Requested & were sent pictures of tub (ID #) within 10 minutes of 1st talking with him. 2. Once he arrived, he checked out why the switch of the jets was not working (& replaced one part of the "switch" & "appliance controller" pump~electrical). 3. Declogged one water jet. 4. He informed me his work was guaranteed for 60 days. Here's the costs: Parts ~ $ 200.00 Labor ~ $350.00 *drove to store & back quickly (10-15 min) & worked 1.5 to 2 hours) Total Costs: $550.00 As he stated when he initially called me to inquire about the job, he quoted me $75~ for house call (waived fee if I hired him) which I did. However, depending on the job, the price He could not tell me. So, I was a little apprehensive. In the end, he followed through with the two jobs he did. I really appreciated that. I was able to reach Joey on a Friday night around 645pm after the plumbing shops we called were closed. He listened to our situation and was able to help me relight over the phone. We ended up having to replace the water heater a month later as it continued to go out. I contacted Joey and he was able replace our water heater and converted it to tankless. He is very knowledgeable in the work that he does and is also experienced in other trades. My absolute favorite** is that he is also available by text which made things super easy for my husband and I who sometimes work late. We were able to send pictures and videos which made things easier for all of us. He provides quality work and would recommend 10/10."See more
