TLDR: This is not an actual pro. I could show up at your house and cook a decent meal, but I would never call myself a chef or even a cook. This “company” is two people who clean exactly as I do, when I have time and my kids aren’t actively ransacking the house. They aren’t efficient and they aren’t actually professional- they were… •late (almost a half hour past our allotted time- which already gave them a full hour window) •came with ZERO supplies. ZIP. And then acted like it was weird that I didn’t have mountains of mess rags for them to use. (Note to business owner- this is weird, and unprofessional to expect of your customers.) •inefficient. I have had professional cleaners work in a team of 2 and get my ENTIRE townhouse (all floors, rooms, everything sparkling) in a little over 2 hours. These two people managed to get the bathrooms clean and vacuumed, that’s literally it. •half-a$sed it- They left a sink full of dirty dishes (the dishwasher was empty btw); multiple bags of garbage either full in bins or just leaned on the wall. I had to point out food behind a bench because they didn’t even think to vacuum behind it (as I mentioned, I have kids!) taking care of these things is STANDARD, not special or extra. I hesitated to leave a review but honestly people should know the reality about this “business.” Also every one of the positive reviews was made exactly “4 weeks” ago. And it’s been operating for 16 years? OK.

PRICES POSTED ARE FOR WEEKLY CLEANING ONLY.*** •Add $40 more if it is bi-weekly ($40 per cleaning) •Add $80 more if it will be a monthly cleaning ($80 more per cleaning) Add-ons: Reachable window price is $10/window (Interior only) Cleaning includes: all countertops, floors, and reachable surfaces for Kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), hallway(s), living area(s), and laundry area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book me through instant booking! ☺ *At the time of booking, please send a $25 nonrefundable deposit or your booking will not be accepted. The $25 will go towards your cleaning fee. It will not be refunded if: -you cancel 48hrs prior to your booking appointment. -my team or I get there and the door is not unlocked (I usually wait 10mins., please respect my time, as I am respecting yours) Thank you very much for understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 yrs of experience! So does everyone on my team. I have personally trained them, as it is very important for me that each and everyone in my team does a great job! Our work is the best way to keep getting referred to new clients ☺
