Introduction: We are a local housecleaning business and we love making our clients happy above all! We take pride in our detail-oriented work and we work hard to make sure that you have a squeaky-clean home. We want to make sure that you are spending your time how you want to and we can take care of making sure your home is spotless!! Oh and don't worry about supplies or equipment -- we cover it all and it's all included in the cost of the clean. We're 100% COVID-19 certified and we wear protective gear to ensure that you are completely safe during the clean. We also enforce social distancing so you and your family should be 10+ feet away from the cleaners during the clean! We are also fully insured so you will be covered if our cleaners accidentally scratch your floor, or something along these lines. (We have yet to run into this issue :). I started utilizing NYA cleaners after seeing an acquaintance refer them on social media. Once I entered in my request for info on their website, I almost immediately received a follow up phone call from Ami. He went over their protocol and services and answered all my questions. I was looking for a crew that had strict covid protocols in place and I was comfortable with what Ami disclosed as their process as well as that the same crew would be coming for every cleaning so that we did not have to worry about constant change of people. We went forward with the appt a few weeks later and the crew (Eric and Ernesto) were professional, thorough and very friendly. After the initial clean, I decided to move forward with a regular monthly cleaning. If I could afford to do something more often, I definitely would! Highly recommend this business!

Five stars! Ami and his team are professional, thorough, and accommodating. The cleaning team is fully vaccinated and wears masks indoors, They also wear shoe covers, which I really appreciate since we're a no shoe household. Ami's team were so detail oriented in the house - from deep cleaning the appliances (the oven looks brand new, I've never seen our range hood and fridge gleam like they do!) to dusting bookshelves and surfaces, to vacuuming and mopping our floors to glistening perfection. Since we were home at the same time (working from home), I really appreciated how the team were respectful of noise and disturbance. They worked with us to arrange a time to clean each of our office spaces, at which point we went and sat outside for a break. The team even cleaned up our porch and arranged our flower pots nicely. Wow. Coordinating with Ami has also been a breeze. The online payment schedule allows you to pay with a credit card and select additional cleaning items you might want to add (for a modest fee) - inside fridge clean, laundry, etc. I will definitely be taking advantage of the fridge clean at some point in the future. Ami is also dedicated to making the cleaning fit with your schedule. We had to move one cleaning and Ami was more than accommodating. What's more, Ami personally follows-up with you after the first cleaning to solicit feedback and ask for any suggestions. Ami and his team obviously care about their customers and are offering a wonderful service. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you!

I worked with Ami to do an emergency cleaning for an Apt that was supposed to be cleaned before a move in in August. Due to Covid-19 home cleaners have been quite difficult to get into contact with but Ami Cleaning services came through and assisted with finding me someone within 24hrs. The prices they provide were way cheaper then what the companies were quoting online so it was a win-win for me. It was a pleasure working with Ami.

I used Not Your Average Cleaners for the first time. I ordered a deep cleaning for my kitchen. Honestly I didnt expect much because i have used other cleaning services before. I was very pleasantly surprised at the job and attention to detail. They did a great job so much so that they will be coming once a month from now on to keep up the maintenance. Had an excellent experience with Ernesto. He wore a mask, left the home sparkling clean, gave me some tips on how to take out stains in my tub, and was very friendly and comfortable with my kittens. He also brought some really great supplies to clean my hardwood floors. Highly recommend this service!

We price a fixed rate for the house and provide discounts for a higher frequency of service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get an idea of what kind of cleaning they are looking for. Then we generate a quote and let them know their options. After that, we can book them for a cleaning and of course they can call/text whenever and we're happy to answer any and all questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are fully trained on cleaning mechanisms and what the best products are to use. They are also fully COVID-19 certified and know to wear preventative gear and sanitize while going into clients homes. Additionally, all of our equipment is fully sanitized to ensure that zero contamination is coming from other clients' homes.
