All pricing is determined solely by ZOOM_EXCEL LLC based on the realistic time and scope required to complete the job. To be scheduled, clients must make their base rate payment through our secure online portal. No negotiation of prices will be accepted. Walkthroughs & Estimates A bid walkthrough is required for a more accurate quote. Estimates remain estimates until the day of service. If our team determines that the actual workload exceeds the original agreement, we reserve the right to pause, cancel, or reschedule the job until payment adjustments are approved by our front office. If a client requests additional services on the day of cleaning, payment must be made immediately through our online portal before work can continue. Non-Payment Policy Clients who fail to pay will be: Permanently blocked from using our services Held legally liable to the fullest extent of the law Reported for service theft Referred to a collections agency Service Changes If a client upgrades or changes their service type, a new quote will be issued. Clients who skip the walkthrough process waive their right to dispute the quality or completeness of the work. That said, we are committed to resolving any concerns amicably and efficiently. What to Expect We do not rush jobs—quality takes time. If you're looking for a quick 2–3 hour clean, we may not be the right fit. We don’t overpromise, but we guarantee upscale, detailed cleans. Arrival times fall within a 2-hour window (e.g., for a 6:00 AM appointment, arrival may be between 6:00–8:00 AM). We observe the Sabbath from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. We are open and available 24/6 outside of those hours.
