Introduction: I listen well and plan my massage out before you get o the table, then modify if needed. I pull from all the modalities I've studied and am constantly refining my work. I love feedback, and will never shush you during a massage. I love that massage therapy allows me to help people and problem-solve. I've gained valuable assessment and listening skills, and am constantly refining my work. Bodywork is a science and an art form - the best of both worlds! I am also grateful for the chance to engage with new and interesting people everyday-in a relaxing and calming atmosphere.

Cheryl gave me a massage when I had waited too long. My entire back, legs, and butt were in knots: It was the best massage I've ever had!! She worked on me for almost 2 hours. Most masseuses are too light touched for my taste but Cheryl was able to apply as much pressure as I needed. She was always checking in to make sure the pressure (and everything else) was okay, so if I needed her to be lighter (or heavier) I felt comfortable saying so. The entire process was relaxing and professional. Honestly, I can't say anything bad about her. If you need a massage Cheryl is the lady to go to.

I had a "frozen shoulder". After seeing a Chiropracter and a sports medicine Dr.,after x-rays and a cortisone shot I was only partly relieved. Then I had Cheryl work on me. The cortisone shot had greatly relieved my pain, but not mobility- after only 2 sessions with Cheryl I had full range of motion return. She made me believe in the Therapy part of "massage therapy". She was careful and thorough and professional. And I was helped enormously.
