FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with every customer to meet their budget as best as possible. The prices are primarily based on the number of guests and the menu. I take into account the number of courses, the cost of ingredients, and preparation. Events over $500 will require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date and to cover the cost of food. The remaining 50% will be due at least seven days before event. Any event under $500 will require full payment upon receipt. The total cost of services includes food, delivery, adminstrative costs, and any additional supplies or labor. Please be aware that gratuity is not included, however greatly appreciated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People interested in food services will call or email me with details regarding their needs. Based on the information provided, I will create a custom menu and forward to customers along with a sample invoice. We will make any necessary changes from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with a BS degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. My major allows me to make in depth analyses of the needs, behaviors, problems, and current trends of consumers. By assisting busy individuals and families with preparing plant-based meals, they are able to spend more time doing the things that they love.
