Alli is an exceptional private chef who truly understands the art of creating memorable dining experiences. I first had the pleasure of working with Alli for my partner’s graduation dinner. This was an extra special occasion because our families were also meeting for the first time. When it came to planning the menu, Alli asked thoughtful questions about our familial backgrounds and how we wanted everyone to feel. Together, we crafted a menu that perfectly blended our families’ shared southern roots with California-inspired freshness. Years later, our families still talk about Alli’s food — in both taste and presentation. I’m still dreaming of the cucumber spirals salad with chili oil vinaigrette and pistachio crumble & spoon bread with salsa matcha. I was so impressed by Alli’s skill and creativity that I decided to work with them again for my 30th birthday dinner where I hosted a group of 12 friends. Alli elevated my favorite dishes to new heights — for example, they turned potato leek soup into a culinary masterpiece with a gorgeous beet marbling drizzle. An added bonus is that Alli takes care of the cleaning, allowing you to relax and focus on simply enjoying your event. If you’re looking for a private chef who listens to your wishes and collaborates closely on every aspect of the menu, Alli is a perfect fit. I can’t wait for my next excuse to throw a dinner party so I can work with Alli again!
