Roxy is such a delightful person! She was a pleasure to work with in planning a private birthday dinner for three family members. Her culinary experience is broad, so when we asked for a Spanish twist to the meal, she delivered. Included were a beautiful Spanish tortilla appetizer, as well as a croquetas side dish and asparagus to accompany our filet mignon main. Dessert was a wonderful olive oil cake with rosemary and orange, topped with birthday candles to celebrate the occasion. Roxy’s years of professional experience are evident in her high level of communication, her ability to plan and execute a wonderful meal, and in pairing flavors as well as wines. It was a very memorable evening for our family, thanks to Roxy. Do not hesitate to seek Roxy’s expertise in planning your next personal chef experience!
