Keturah from salt waters kitchen was absolutely incredible. We had an idea for a last minute Mother’s Day dinner celebration for my mom because we wanted to do something unique and special. we have been too pretty much all of the good restaurants in the area, and we’re really looking for something new. My mom is a huge foodie and is also very particular about where her food is coming from. She only likes to eat organic, grass fed, etc. Keturah made sure that everything was of the highest quality and even picked up seasonal fresh items from the farmers market. I had some specific visions in mind for the dinner being that my mother is Italian, but also wants the best food possible. Anyways, she was willing to work with me and we co-created a special menu together. Some chefs are very particular, but Keturah was super open to anything and was extremely easy to communicate with. She was even able to make my mom‘s favorite dessert Pavlova from Australia… which is hard to come by a chef that can do this in America. The whole experience from start to finish was very high end and she offered full white glove service. Private Chefs can of course be more expensive however for the fine quality work that she provided, I would hire her again for another special event, and we definitely plan to!

Chef Kay makes amazing food and is a pleasure to work with. The mother’s day dinner she prepared for my family was so perfect, we hired her again two months later, for my mother’s birthday. Her cakes and charcuterie boards are really something special and her pollo la brasa was out of this world! Her food is fresh, high quality, and bursting with flavor and color! She will definitely be the top choice to cater my next special event.
