FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge traveling fee when it’s over 30 miles from Oakland, where my office is. Again I may not be the cheapest around but please consider the value of the photos if they can attract many more customers to view your listing. 360 virtual tour often attracts 30-60% more customers to view listing and I can provide that for reasonable added cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important. I discuss what the bullet points of the photos my customers want to have at the end and I’ll strategize how I can deliver them. I try to respond as fast as possible as well, most likely you’ll hear back from me in less than ten minutes).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was hired for an in-house photographer for the company I used to work for in 2014. They were a representative of light fixtures and they needed their completed projects photographed. Then I moved onto be a sole practitioner in 2021 fall. I still keep taking continued educational classes for photography quite often to keep improving my skill sets. My educational background: bachelor's and master's degree of architectural engineering, minor of architecture. So you see where my perspectives and passion for buildings come from.
