I booked an appointment to have a carbon monoxide detector installed in my SF unit between 11-1pm. At 10:40am, I realized I no longer needed the installation and called them to cancel. Bruce happily canceled the appointment with no charge even though his installer had already left their Oakland office at 10am and was almost at my unit. He was very responsive and professional, and I would definitely reach out to him again for future needs.

Bruce identified the issue quickly and provided a solution on the spot. He continued to follow up when the replacement battery didn't work and stopped by a second time to properly fix it. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to fix your home security system.

25 years in he industry as an installer, Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Office Manager in addition taking all the required courses for installation and Sales par of our industry. I have been employed by Companies Such as: FSAC, Protection One and RFI.
