Brice is friendly guy. He installed a door access system for my company for a reasonable price. There were some hiccups but in the end it all worked out. I recommend him.

Bruce identified the issue quickly and provided a solution on the spot. He continued to follow up when the replacement battery didn't work and stopped by a second time to properly fix it. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to fix your home security system.

We had one of our 11 cameras on the front of the house go out. Long story short, the installers before did a really crap-tastic installation job. Upon inspection Bruce found that the camera connectors were missing important weather proofing caps and that the previous installer did a hack job on the main panel that was feeding the camera to the exterior front of the house.
If you’ve ever watched Holmes on Homes, he was like the security camera guy of Holmes on Homes.
I found him buy pure luck on this new app called Thumbtack. I’ve used others and had little to no success.
I could not be happier with his professionalism and expertise. And with the current Covid19 climate he was super aware of social distancing, and tHe necessity PPE.
I would highly recommend him to family/friends and would hire him again without hesitation.

Bruce was extremely helpful with my camera system repair project. He went over what he thought was the problem and he returned my calls/texts as soon as you could. He also spent a long time talking to me and informing me of what I'd need for my project and he was willing to listen to my needs and goals. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a security camera system issues and would like an honest opinions/suggestions on how to go about resolving the issues in professional manners!

I booked an appointment to have a carbon monoxide detector installed in my SF unit between 11-1pm. At 10:40am, I realized I no longer needed the installation and called them to cancel. Bruce happily canceled the appointment with no charge even though his installer had already left their Oakland office at 10am and was almost at my unit. He was very responsive and professional, and I would definitely reach out to him again for future needs.

Our Hourly Rate is between $75 to $125 per hour.

We first discuss our customer needs and present our solutions to the client.

25 years in he industry as an installer, Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Office Manager in addition taking all the required courses for installation and Sales par of our industry.
I have been employed by Companies Such as: FSAC, Protection One and RFI.
