My wedding that we hired Prime Cuts Catering for isn't until June of 2018, but our experience this far has been fabulous! The tasting that Ron offers is AMAZING. The food is delicious, and he is very easy going. We brought my parents for the tasting and my dad has already booked him for the large Christmas party his business has every year! I had several catering quotes and nobody touched this rate. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Prime Cuts Catering. This place was the best idea I ever had for party I’ve done a lot of parties for my daughter over the past 16 years and usually we cook but because she was having a sweet 16 without we have somebody else come in and cook let me tell you this is the best idea I’ve ever ever ever had Mr. Ron and his wife came in and showed Out!!! Menu for our daughter‘s sweet 16 party was chili cheeseburgers fries hot dogs and low and behold he threw it onion rings which had to of been the best ever... I feel really honored he was able to do our party. I also let him know that I had a few people that were vegans, and would need a vegan dish. Now I’m a meat and potatoes kind of girl, but I think if I had to become a vegan I could live off of his portobello stroganoff yes I said portobello stroganoff it was the business it was so flavorful.

We couldn't be happier with Prime Cuts! We hired them to do our son's wedding. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was! The staff was exceptional, polite & accommodating. With all the things that go wrong at weddings, the catering was the one thing where everything went perfectly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a smaller company we can lower our prices without lowering the Quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll send you a quote to get started and adjust the event to your needs. Wedding catering and events over 150 can come in for a free tasting for upto 6 people, at our San Marcos Commercial Kitchen. A 20% deposit holds your date and you can also make payments if you want, interest free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent the last 10 years in the catering industry. I have over 300 weddings and hundreds of Private and corporate events as my experience.
