Adriana was THE best Wedding Day-Of Coordinator EVER! Our whole wedding planning process with her before the big day was so effortless. Adriana was always responsive to our questions and details that we wanted. And on our big day, we had a hiccup with the DJ being one hour late to our ceremony and didn't know what to do since we needed ceremony music and a microphone. Adriana and Honor sprung into action and found a solution for us quickly, along with the venue, to find us a speaker we can use and a microphone! We loved her professional, warm, and friendly and funny personality and we would definitely recommend Adriana to be your Wedding Corrdinator, 100%!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Adriana exceeded my expectations in all categories! She has a very calm and collected demeanor which my family and I really needed the day of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding, I don’t recall any issues! One thing I really appreciate that she did was she got some candid shots the wedding day, some of me and my dad and some other shots that I absolutely am so glad she got. I highly recommend!

Adriana was such a wonderful coordinator at our wedding on June 7th, 2023! She made sure our wedding ceremony and rehearsal, cocktail hour, and reception activities ran smoothly! She was very easy to talk to for any questions and changes you have with details and everyone was happy with her work! She made sure that everything I wanted done was executed well. She was so phenomenal and we loved having her coordinate our wedding and would definitely recommend her to everyone for their weddings!❤️

ADRIANA WAS AMAAAAZING!!! What set her apart from another coordinator, is that she becomes very invested in your dream for your wedding… She GENUINELY cares, and desires to make your wedding feel, and be, the wedding that you’ve always dreamed of!! She was very kind-hearted, attentive, efficient, and went BEYOND anything we asked, or didn’t ask her to do!! It was ONLY because of her, that our wedding was able to flow the way that it did!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee for 7 hrs, 1 hr rehearsal, 1 venue, 30miles from 92054, 150person max event. Additional fees apply for anything outside these parameters. Consider me if you are a DIY bride and just needs day of coordination. I will send you my detailed pricing. Thank you for considering! :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is crucial! I get a feel for the clients style & wedding vibe. Some couples are very formal while others really want a relaxed event. Since most my clients are DIY brides, my job is to bring their hard work and planning to life the day of the wedding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning and running corporate events for years! Anything from small intimate private dinners to large scale events that required hotel booking, conference rooms and international travel coordination. I prefer weddings so I am focusing on weddings only now.
