I could not believe how fast I felt results from Every Body’s Fit. Megan knows her stuff and pushes you to do your best. You can't get results from just one workout. I can't stand when people just have nothing better to do than trash another company. This place is great and I feel it is definitely worth a try. You won't regret it! The one to one with Megan for personal training is amazing. When I think I can't do more, she motivates me to keep going. Very professional and knowledgeable about exercise, food and the mental aspects. I waited 6 months, debating, should I go? The only regret I have, is why did I wait! Highly recommended. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates depend on the number of times I see you per week. The more often you come, the less each session costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I build a relationship with each customer. So over time as our workouts evolve so does does our bond. We are a team. The first few sessions I plan according to goals while taking into consideration any injuries or limitations. As we work together, I figure out how to challenge you beyond the basics. We all have different strengths and weakness so it's my job to highlight both of them in your program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Of course!! I have 11 certifications so I have to keep up :) I'm also a certified Wellness Coach and Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist.
