Introduction: My work stands out above the rest because of my personal touch in every event. I will be by your side from start to finish and I never have more than one event on the same day. Therefore, when your event takes place, you have my focus 100% until your last guest leaves. My fun and energetic attitude is contagious and you will enjoy the stress-free pleasure of having someone else do all of the work so you can enjoy your event as much as your guests will! Every bride dreams of their special day and I am no different. My husband and I had so much to do to make our dream wedding come to life. We hired Vanessa to help make our dreams come true and we are so glad we did. Vanessa had been amazing from the very first time I spoke with her. Even before hiring her she gave me great advice, gave me pointers, and also made sure I asked all the necessary questions. She got along well with my husband, myself, and my entire family. She is always very organized, professional and concerned in making sure everything goes perfect the day of. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without her. She made sure all my worries were her own and that I had an enjoyable and relaxing day, which I did. Everything turned out wonderful and I had many compliments from guests after the wedding, specifically pertaining to her and her team. Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.

It was a pleasure to work with Vanessa. She catered to our needs and made my 40th Birthday Party spectacular. She has a lot of great connections with a baker (who made amazing dairy-free cupcakes and cake), lighting, and food. What a gem!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a set pricing system. I custom tailor every event to fit my clients' needs. I am happy to discuss their budget and needs during our 1st consultation (which is free of charge) to ensure that I can work within their budget and also to ensure that they find me to be the best fit for them. I want my clients to feel completely comfortable with me as their choice before having the pressure to hire me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have planned so many events that my hands-on experience keeps me up to date on all of the latest and greatest in my field. Luckily, not much changes in regards to event planning. Customers' vision + wants/needs + attention to detail + TLC + fun + passion= A wonderfully successful event!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a VIP hostess at Disneyland for 12 years and during that time I participated in numerous large-scale events. I loved all of the detail that went into these events, and even more I loved the joy it brought to my guests and all of the participants. I knew as soon as I had participated in my first event that this was the career path I would take when I left Disney.
