Wow, I hired chef Ray for my boss’s family trip to La Quinta. We had him for two days and that included lunches, dinners, alcoholic drinks, and desserts. Wow wow wow. We were all blown away! The presentation... the taste,.. the mix of ingredients! It was all so amazing! My one regret was not hiring him for our 3rd day! He is a great chef to hire! He took care of everything!

Chef was amazing! He was a pleasure to be around. They went the extra mile to make my wedding anniversary special with a handmade card and a bottle of Prosecco. The food was AMAZING from taste to presentation. My kitchen is very small but he made it happen. He cleaned when it was all done and even seasoned my rusted cast iron. Talk about going the distance! Great experience! We might have to make this anniversary tradition.

Chef Ray was an absolute delight. After our initial discussion for the consultation I felt immediately at ease. He was very flexible and made sure my guest and I got exactly what we were looking for. It was a surprise birthday dinner and he even surprised us by making their favorite dessert red velvet cake)! Not only was the food (lobster, steak, shrimp, and sushi for appetizers) amazing but the energy he brought with him was my favorite part. If you’re looking for out of this world food and a good time he’s your guy!!!!

My pricing is based off of the customers wants and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients is first having a phone consultation to better understand what they want and to see how i can make their experience easier and flawless. Next is to help the client come up with a menu that would be best for their event and pricing. finally approve a menu and get deposit to secure event date and time for client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and have traveled and studied my craft from all my international travels.
