Chef Ray for the win!!! My sister wanted to find a personal chef to surprise her boyfriend and I found Chef Ray! He is very personal, kind, clean, and a pleasure to have in their home. My sister couldn’t stop talking about not only Chef Ray but the beautiful and delicious meal that he prepared, (shrimp and grits, steak eggs and potatoes, with some buttermilk biscuits on the side) everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you so much Chef Ray!

Chef ray provided a great experience for my mother in law 70th birthday. He was on time and professional. The food was delicious and he catered to our needs and our mother’s request to a Cajun style dinner. The portions were also large!!! If you are looking for a delicious and chef interpersonal experience please give chef ray a call!!!

The chef and his assistant were fun and didn't seem to mind all the children running around making noise. They were a great addition to our weekend and the food was wonderful. The chef also had a brief history lesson with most of our courses, which was fun.

Chef was amazing! He was a pleasure to be around. They went the extra mile to make my wedding anniversary special with a handmade card and a bottle of Prosecco. The food was AMAZING from taste to presentation. My kitchen is very small but he made it happen. He cleaned when it was all done and even seasoned my rusted cast iron. Talk about going the distance! Great experience! We might have to make this anniversary tradition.

My pricing is based off of the customers wants and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients is first having a phone consultation to better understand what they want and to see how i can make their experience easier and flawless. Next is to help the client come up with a menu that would be best for their event and pricing. finally approve a menu and get deposit to secure event date and time for client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and have traveled and studied my craft from all my international travels.
