- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my job are bid according to my experience. I have many years in this field and can see most of the obstacles before giving the bid. I generally will not bid on something I don't have experience in which is good for the customer and good for me.

Only reading of all new methods and tools out there
