- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge my clients a fee. I work strictly on commission from the vendors. One of the benefits of booking a cruise with a travel consultant is I can usually get you more on board credit than when you book through the cruise line directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with them to find out what type of travel they are looking for. Finding out the kind of activities they enjoy. Who they will be traveling with. If they are celebrating anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can book anything, but my biggest specialties are cruises, Disney and honeymoons which are often entail all inclusive resorts. I am trained by the vendors. And hold the following vendor certifications: 1) College of Disney Knowledge certification 2) Master of Adventure from Royal Caribbean University 3) Celebrity Cruises Five Star Academy certification 4) Globus + Cosmos Specialist certification 5) Carnival Cruise Line certification 6) Amtrak Vacations certification
