FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Tree is different (Size , Shape and species). Every Tree Location is different . asking for a standard price would be like asking a doctor or mechanic "how much ?" before they look at you or your car. Arboriculture is intensive and time consuming . You do not pay me until we actually do work for you . All my site visits are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made we both agree on a good time and date to meet at their property. I then come out at that specific date and time and do a walk through of the property with the owner/customer .Because every Tree is different and is susceptible to different growth patterns , diseases and insects ; a close visual inspection by an I.S.A. Certified Arborist is vital to your Trees health. I will explain different processes and treatments (if needed) and the Owner / Customer can take in all the knowledge provided and make a logical decision on what to do moving forward. Our site visits are always FREE .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently am an I.S.A. Certified Arborist , an I.S.A. Certified Utility Specialist (this allows us to work safely around wires and utilities) , CAL OSHA Certified for job site safety, ATSSA Certified for Traffic Control on job sites , and a VA Certified Veteran Owned Small Business. To maintain Arborist Licenses , one must constantly obtain CEU'S (credits) from accredited schools and seminars. I try to attend them all.
