To patiently guide dog owners and educate them on how to handle, train, and establish an appropriate relationship with their dogs, so that all families may live in peace and harmony with their best friend, for life. I was raised with dogs, I love them and I really enjoy helping families to re-establish a good relationship with their dogs.

Great Place! Great People! When I was searching for a dog training school I was searching for the best and I'm glad I found it. I looked around and I found a couple dog training schools in the area. When I first got a quote from Dan got my attention because his prices were below the others around the area. So I decided to do my homework, I picked the top 5 dog training schools and I visited each of them and let me tell as soon I got to Dan's property I new that was the perfect place for my dogs. Beautiful property with big open space for the dogs to run and play. Other dog school were like in a warehouse buildings which I didn't like. The dogs were locked all the time they not even see the sun, that was like a dog prison. I was looking for a place where my dog get train but also have fun. By the end of the training Dan did a demo to show us what my dogs learned and let me tell you they were totally different, very well behave dogs, they looked happy, they love Dan and his dogs, they had tons of fun while they were in training, Dan sent me an update of their training 1-2 times per week, pictures and videos etc... We are very happy we choose the right place for our dogs. If you are looking for a place to get your Dogs trained and have fun at the same time VMS Shepherds & Dog Training is the way to go. We have now had the honor of getting two German Shepherds from VMS...and we could not be happier. Daniel is wonderful. He has been there with advice even 3 years later with our first pup, and also now with our 5 month old Lily girl. He even met us half way when we went to go pick her up! Thank you for everything VMS!! We will always get our GSD's with you!!!

I brought my Boarder collie Australian Shephard with some aggression to Dan. I was pleased that Dan was more affordable than other trainers and that he lives on some land with animals.My 8 month old puppy Raavee stayed for about 2 weeks and was exposed to all his fears horses, goats, other dogs, crates. And after Dan did private sessions with me to keep up his behavior training. I could not be more pleased with the results. As a whole Raavee is mellower and better behaved pup!
