Called late at night, my new water was installed promptly the next morning. The great thing about these guys is you get to talk to the right person right up front—not a customer service agent. Upfront quote, just sent them photos of my water heater, and done deal. They are good enough to be able to price everything from the photos and don’t insist on an in-home sales pitch. Highly recommended!
