I reached out to Maria for a move out cleaning on 10/26/2020. She was very prompt in her reply and I was very happy that we made arrangements for a cleaning on 10/28/20. After I scheduled her I scheduled a carpet cleaner for the next day as it would be best for carpet cleaning to happen after the house was cleaned. My appointment was at 3pm I made sure to be @ the house by 2:45 so no one would have to wait for me. I sat and waited no one showed up. At 3:30 I called Maria she didn't answer I left a voicemail and text her. At 4:00 as I was about to leave she calls me. I inform her that no one has shown up for my 3:00 appointment. She replies she is very sorry and that she herself will come and be there by 4:30. Finally at 5:00 after Maria herself promises to be there by 4:30 with no call about being late or any such courtesy. I text her and tell her not to bother to come (something she couldn't even bother to do). 5 minutes later, I'm on the road she texted me back stating she is sorry and she can give a discount for the inconvenience. Long story long I waited for 2 hours for no one to show up, no call, no text nothing until I reached out. Even then the owner lied about when she would show up. On top of all that I was completely screwed over I had to scramble and pay a premium to get another service to come out and clean my house which wasn't able to happen until after I had my carpets cleaned so that was all mess up. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Cecelia (owner) and Steve (partner) are a great brother and sister team of professionals. They are a full service company who specializes in making properties move-out ready. Steve came out to my home to inspect it and go over what needed to be done ... which was a very deep cleaning before putting the house on the market. Mind you it had been forever since a deep cleaning had been done ... meaning moving furniture to vacuum behind, windows (inside & out), and yes carpet cleaning. They arrived on time! Cecelia and Steve arrived before the crew did to go over the details of the job one more time. They were at my home with their crew all day long....and trust me when I say it was so wonderful to come home and just sit and enjoy how clean and beautiful everything looked. Cecelia and one crew member were still here when I arrived home and Cecelia asked me to walk through to see how everything looked. I pointed out a couple of things that didn't get done and she or the crew person went back over the area. I liked that. Later that night Steve called to check in as well. The next day I noticed some other items that were missed on the to-do list and I phoned Steve and talked to him about it. The things I mentioned they will come back and do after I pack up my house for my move. One thing they didn't miss is the windows ... oh my goodness. One never realizes how dirty windows are until they are cleaned inside and out. I was sitting in my living room and thought "oh I must have forgotten to close the slider; but wait ... that isn't even the slider side of the door!" Yup that is how dirty they were and NOW HOW CLEAN they are! I really appreciate their care and professionalism through this process. It has taught me that in the future, I owe it to me and my home to use a professional service at least once a quarter. Great lesson to learn. Thanks Cecelia, Steve and crew!

I was looking for somebody to come once a week to help my grandparents. They are getting older and can't maintain the house anymore. Cathy and her daughter have come twice now and I could not be happier. My Grandmom is super OCD and likes things in a particular way, and Cathy pays attention to detail. Lets just say my Grandmom is very happy, and that is hard to do!!! Cathy and her daughter both arrive early, get right to work, remember the nitty gritty details from the last week, and go above and beyond. For example, my Grandmom asked Cathy to clean behind the washer and dryer. I thought that was a bit much and its super heavy. Before I realize it, Cathy had moved both of them by herself, cleaned it up, and put them back. Incredible! I highly recommend Cathy as she provides the best cleaning service I've seen throughout the past 10 years. She's trustworthy, reliable, a go-getter, and doesn't stop until the job is Done. They were prompt. However, they increased the cost of the service after I left the property. We walked through and they commented on the size of the property and how long it would take. I was called around 3 hours later to tell me that it would cost $90 more. I would have liked to hear that at the time we initially met. It had been empty for 6 months, so I was open for discussion, but since nothing was said at the walk through, I was not expecting an increase. I walked through the house after they left and it wasn't as clean as I expected. There was residue in several sinks, as if they hadn't been rinsed well and there was still a spider web, complete with spider, in one of the bathrooms. Would not use again or recommend.

Update/2nd Review: They offered me another service which was nice of them so I am changing this from 3 to 4 star. Thank you. First Review: I hired SwiftClean for my aunt’s home. Her house isn’t that big and she said she just wanted help with the main floor so I thought it would be less than the square footage for the first time cleaning that I selected for the whole home. They did not tell me that my “$165: fixed price” on ThumbTack was going to rise up to $230 until I was already on the plane for takeoff and the cleaners showed up at my aunt’s already. If they want to charge higher, they should state somewhere “Full Disclosure: prices may change,” or just take off the “fixed price” option. But Nothing of that sort. They told me we could have 30% off the “next” time we use them. If my aunt wants to use them next time, she can since I already got the first one for her as a gift, but sucks for me. As a business owner myself, I try to make it right the first time. I don’t wait around for customers to come back a second time to make it right. Even if I have to lose out on time, I try to live and treat people fairly. They can’t just blame “Thumbtack” and use them as an excuse my quote suddenly increased by 40%? And then they want to just give a smaller discount off a lesser second time? I was nice over the phone waiting for him to say he would make the first time right and at least meet me halfway even if it was his (or “Thumbtack’s” fault)... maybe he’ll call me after his review and fix this. Unless he’s just money hungry and does this to other people, that I do not know.
