I was looking for a nutritionist and April Mcnally at The Nutrition Fix is the only one who got back to me. I guess it was my lucky day! She contacted me right away and we set up an appointment. I really did not know what to expect but was a bit surprised to find out that everything was based around Herbalife. I was really looking for guidance, education and accountability to help with my weight loss and to help me make long term changes. I got so much more out of it. I am down about 20 lbs now and I love the program she has me set up on. She is very motivational and I've learned alot... and I knew alot going in so that is even more impressive. I started working with Mascha this year. As soon as I found out that I am pregnant I wanted the help of a licensed nutritionist to be sure I am making the very best food decisions. Mascha has been an incredible help and support. There is so much information to take in when you are pregnant and many different philosophies. Mascha helped me make personal food choices that would insure I matched the needs of my growing baby. She has been able to provide me with research-based information on my most important nutrition and health needs while avoiding fads and misconceptions. It is obvious in working with Mascha that she puts health at the center of her own life and integrates that with the knowledge of living around the world in extremely diverse settings (Europe to Africa). I now meet with Mascha before the start of each trimester. She provides me with organized print outs of condensed information on what will support my pregnancy. We focus on tracking my nutrition to be sure I am getting the needed daily allowances of vital things for things like brain and bone growth. We have integrated work with a food journal and nutrition App. Mascha has also been great in between our sessions when I have questions on supplements, exercise, and ways to combat pregnancy side effects with nutrition. Working with Mascha has really helped me feel more confident in how I am approaching my pregnancy. She is a special person with a contagious attitude for healthy living!

Amy Jo was wonderful. I needed a nutritionist to talk with my daughter about the importance of heating healthy and to make a custom meal plan for my daughter's needs. She did both and connected so well with my daughter that we will are planning to have a few more one-on-one sessions with her for some cooking and fitness training.
Helene does a great job of whipping up delicious food while taking your dietary needs into consideration. She's catered lunches and dinners, batch-cooked food when I had a newborn and baked designer cakes for get-togethers. She's made recipes ranging from gluten-free, to low-glycemic, to dairy free, to vegan for me and my family. From rich restaurant-style lasagna to vegan scones, she's got it covered, *and* she's communicative and punctual. Highly recommend for new moms or people who want guidance with (new) diet plan(s) or just want home cooked food, but don't have the time. Totally worth every dollar!

I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds.
