Introduction: We have owned and operated many restaurants in the Coachella Valley for the last 21 years. During this time we were able to establish a very successful Catering Company. A Partnership between a well established Party Rental Company that exclusively hires us as their cater definitely makes it more convenient for the guests to get everything they need through one source. With proven experience in the food industry, it definitely separates us from the rest. We love working with people, especially an event like a wedding or birthday. It brings joy to us to make people happy and to give the customer an experience that they will never forget.

Wedding and Event Catering

We decided, at the last minute, to have a 70th Birthday party for 40 guests. I mean literally 2 weeks prior to the event I was looking for a caterer. I found Michael's company "First Class Catering Service" on the internet and sent him a message. The rest is history. He and his assistant Regina handled the ordering and placement of tables, chairs, linens, umbrellas not to mention the location and presentation of various food stations. Rave Reviews from myself and all of our guests!! Definately a 5 Star Company.

Event Catering (Buffet)

Excellent experience. We hired 1st class catering for Mexican food for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Michael is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. All the pre-event coordination was seamless, and the day of was even better. Michael delivered the food early, helped us set it up and get the chaffing dishes situated, and left plenty of disposable supplies for the meal. Best part was the Mexican food was delicious! All of our guests raved about it. Definitely would hire him again!

Event Catering (Buffet)

Michael Alcantar catered my son's wedding on Halloween 2015. He was prompt, efficient and we barely knew he was there. He set up quietly & quickly. We had a Mexican buffet. Everyone raved about the food!! It was excellent!! We had chicken & beef fajitas, cheese enchiladas, salad, guacamole.... It was a big hit!! I highly recommend Michael for your event! My next event, I am trying his Italian fare!

I am still craving the enchilladas and beans!!! I wish I could do it all over again and spend some time appreciating the goodness. Michael catered my wedding and it was perfection!!! Thank you Michael and crew for the care and deliciousness!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge Per Person accordingly. Depending on what menu items and service customers are inquiring.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communicate through email or by phone/text to gain better knowledge of what type of menu or services that your needing/requesting. Once that is establish we will negotiate pricing, once agreed upon we will lock in a date and take a deposit. The remainder of your event cost will be due 7 days before your event or in some circumstances the same day.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have successfully owned and operated 6 restaurants in the Coachella valley. All restaurants have had full Catering options. I have been hands on from the preparation of the food, to supervising most all the events. I was able to successfully sell my restaurants and Continue the Catering Division on a full time base.
