Mrs. Kim Caldwell is a dog trainer and she's helping me with my dog Rocky, she is a pleasant person to work with and learn to teach my dog, lookin forward to continue working with her. Satisfied costumer 😊👍
I started looking at dog trainers a couple months ago but wasn’t able to get one until just recently, but Valerie was one I had talked to in the beginning and she followed up with me and when we were ready she was ready to get started. We did a private in home training with her this week which went well and she actually recommended doing a group obedience class since our dog doesn’t like people but loves dogs and learns well from them. Which actually saves us a lot of money so it was nice that she even recommended that and was looking for his best interest in learning, and not her best interest of making more money. We will be starting the group training next week and I’m excited to continue working with her and see if she’s able to help our baby in the long run.
Mark is the best of the best canine trainers! We have hired our share of dog trainers over the past 30 years and none have come close to offering the outstanding approach and knowledge base that Mark brings to his clients. He really takes his time to listen to whatever issues we have and teaches us how to achieve results quickly. We have a seven month old rescue pup who lived in a garage for the first five months of her life and was never socialized around people and other dogs. Mark met "Peanut" at our home and right away she kept her distance from him, barking and feeling threatened. By the end of the first session Peanut was eating out of Mark's hand and by the end of the second session Peanut was easily going up to Mark and rolling over for him wanting a belly rub. Talk about trust...Mark has a way with dogs that we've never witnessed and he taught us more in two sessions than we could have hoped to learn in a year with someone else. Mark knows dogs and if we could give him a ten star rating we would. We look forward to working with him to help Peanut become a confident, socialized and well trained member of our family. Our ultimate goal is for her to become a therapy dog in the senior community. We can't say it enough...Mark is awesome and we highly recommend him for all your dog training needs!
Cat helped us with our dog Diesel. He is a German Shepherd that had behavior problems and aggression towards dogs and people. She is a top notch dog trainer. She took the time to learn about Diesel and what his needs were and then worked and trained him to be a better dog. Some dog trainers only have one way of training. Cat is not this way. She can assess your situation and your dog and work with you to come up with a plan that will meet your needs. She uses many styles of training and will find the one that will work for you and your pet. Cat has always been punctual with all of our appointments. Cat and all the staff at The Laundered Mutt & Training Center are kind, friendly and love animals. Thank you Cat for helping Diesel to be a better dog and for helping us to be better dog owners!!
I bought a dog (german shepherd puppy) from Kris a couple years ago for sport work. He set me up with training and my dog is THE best trained dog I have ever owned. She has a balanced and stable temperament on top of fantastic obedience and protection. I am so incredibly happy with her and Kris is extremely knowledgeable in dog behavior and dog training of all aspects. I recommend Taylor made Working Dogs for any source of dog training or buying.
Tabitha is an amazing dog trainer! She is very knowledgeable, and enjoys what she does. Dogs find her very approachable, and even the most fearful dogs tend to warm up to her quickly. She's amazing! I refer all of my doggie friends to her!
I am very pleased to recommend Off Leash K9 Training! My dog Cooper a 1.5 year old Lab/Pitt mix is a lovable energetic pup - loves to play, be around children, and get in trouble. His main issues were listening, barking - a lot, jumping, running out the door and going wild outside like a mad man (the norm?). I was afraid he was going to complete training and loose his playfulness? That was not the case! He is still the same dog.. just better! He listens and he just understands... we trust each other more, we can play outside off-leash with the nieces and nephews, go on long hikes, and be around more people who are not use to 80lbs dogs. The first long run I took Cooper off-leash, we passed by a crying baby, a group of people playing volleyball, a man carrying a stick, and another pitt... seriously I don't know he would could have possible passed any other tempting situations - Cooper stayed by my side the whole time! My nervous running partner was amazed and we even received an invite to her lake house! When I picked Cooper up from his board and train, at first I felt a bit overwhelmed and thought perhaps I was the one who really needed the training, but Nick made it clear that I could still ask him questions anytime I needed (and share success stories!). Cooper is a great dog and I am glad I made the decision to bring him to OLK9! Thanks again Ciarra, Danny, and Nick =)
We hired Dixie for our 4 year old shepherd for her anxiety issues. We had a very bad experience with another "dog trainer" so we were apprehensive about any dog trainers. Dixie was referred to us & we are so glad we called! She is wonderful! Patient, calm & a wealth of information! In 2 weeks with her help & advice we are seeing improvements with our dog! I highly recommend Dixie.
Wendy is absolutely great! We had hired Wendy for our then 12 weeks old Lab Mix Basil. Basil enjoyed performing his puppy bites on us frequently, and with his razor sharp puppy teeth, our underarms were very bloody quite often. We researched a lot on how to make him stop, but he wouldnt listen to No in this case, he wouldnt react to us letting out a puppy weep, nor was he impressed, if he got a timeout. It was, and still is extremely important to us to train our fur kid in a gentle, non-violent way. After some research we came across Wendy. We liked the fact that she had a life time experience as a dog trainer, would enable us to train our dog in a gentle way, and also that she would come to our house for the training sessions. This is important to understand: Wendy enables the dog owners to train their dogs properly, which in our opinion is the way it should be. In the very first session, she showed us how to make Basil stop, when he would get in his puppy bite mood. I must say, my wife and I were more than impressed on how great Wendys approach did work. It basically comes down to gentle, but firm correction of misbehavior and constant and active rewarding of good behavior by using voice and physical affection. (That is also a great thing we liked about Wendy she doesnt reward a dog with treats, but with voice and affection). Thanks to Wendy, Basils puppy bites were under control after the first session and in the following sessions, we learned so much more on how to properly train our dog and make him listen to our commands, which at one point in time might save his life (for instance him chasing a rabbit and running towards a street...). My wife and I are highly recommending Wendy! She is an outstanding and fantastic dog trainer with a wonderful personality. Both, dog and dog owner will benefit from her experience.
Bethany is a wonderful dog trainer. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and communicates very effectively. She took the time to listen to the concerns of the family and understood what we wanted to achieve with our dog. Using clear directions, she made me feel successful at training my dog and furthering our relationship. Bethany was also very observant about our dog, and helped me to understand what he was feeling when we tried thing other trainers had suggested (but hadn't worked). And, her email recaps of each training session are fabulous at helping keep us on track. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to help their dog with any issues they have. She's Great!
The crew at Off Leash k9 Training Palm Springs surpasses my expectations. I really didn’t know if there was any hope for me or my puppy, but the training my dog received, and the education I was given was second to none. I can literally take my dog anywhere now and she doesn’t even need a leash. It’s literally a different dog experience when you can let them roam off Leash with the confidence that they’ll come when called, and Off Leash of Palm Springs can deliver that life changing experience in just 14 days! Thank you so much to Morgan and her staff.
We enjoy the puppy training and look forward to more sessions

Nina is an excellent dog trainer. My dog had behavioral issues such as peeing in the house and showing aggression towards other dogs and her training has curbed these bad behaviors. My relationship with my dog is much better now. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs dog training of any kind because she is extremely knowledgeable about everything!
Michael did an awesome job putting up our swing set. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism. Thank you Michael. We will definitely hire him again in the future.
I am a certified dog trainer and behavioral specialist. We have a really fun training yard. I offer three classes for $20.00. I've been doing training for over 25 years. I believe that animals are a lot like us and learn from mistakes; I believe that it takes three years to fully train a dog. I go at the pace of the dog and owner. I take each dog and train them to their human's lifestyle. We teach words to the dogs and teach body language to the humans. I use many different methods. We need to understand that they are just animals, not robots, and make mistakes just like us. It's how we learn.
I am teaching obedience with positive reinforcements and use hand signals like sit and sit, stay and down, down, stay long sit and 30-minute down stay and help you with loose leash and heeling focus and food lure. I will also help you with creating training in jumping on family members, guests and friends and on the furniture and leave it.
