- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Staging job is different. If I do a partial staging job which uses existing furniture the price is less. My quote for a vacant property which requires bringing furniture to furnish a whole house, my price is more. I am extremely cost competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an inspection of the property it is important to discuss the expectations with my customers. The goal is to market the Home or Condo so we make a plan with a timeline that works with the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated Retail stores in The San Francisco Bay Area and Palm Desert since the late 90's. I have taken many appraisal and design courses with International Society of Appraisers. .
