I offer many levels of home staging for both vacant and furnished homes and Condos. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I spent many years owning and operating Vintage and Antique stores specializing in furniture.
I really enjoy creating an environment that people envision living in. Staging is unique because you need to showcase the home by placing furniture and accessories in a neutral but stylish way. By paying attention to detail, color and style you can create a look that people want to live in.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Staging job is different. If I do a partial staging job which uses existing furniture the price is less. My quote for a vacant property which requires bringing furniture to furnish a whole house, my price is more. I am extremely cost competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an inspection of the property it is important to discuss the expectations with my customers. The goal is to market the Home or Condo so we make a plan with a timeline that works with the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated Retail stores in The San Francisco Bay Area and Palm Desert since the late 90's. I have taken many appraisal and design courses with International Society of Appraisers. .
