- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, I want to get to know my client. Not just their goals, but also their personality and what motivates them. I am a strong believer in building rapport with my client from day one. This will allow my client to trust me and buy in to the transformation process that I will implement to reach their personal goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a former football player and I have always been interested in the health and fitness field. I started out training youth football players, which I still do regularly, and by doing that, I had a couple parents interested in having me travel to them for in-home personal training.
