Our first experience with Rene Delgado was respectful and mutual. He responded immediately (like, wow that was fast), set a time to come by and showed up at that time. He was attentive to our needs and questions, but offered expert suggestions. He did a professional yard clean up that demonstrated his attention to detail. As we figure out what we need to move forward, he expressed his interest in meeting our needs, schedule, and budget. Plus…he’s really a nice man.
