As someone who has little experience in the construction industry, I was nervous about the entire process, but Ray Guadron, who is both a real estate broker and a general contractor, put me at ease from the very beginning. First, Ray worked closely with me to create blueprints that fit my needs and vision for the space. He was patient and attentive, and he worked hard to ensure that every detail was perfect before we moved on to the next phase of the project. Once the blueprints were finalized, Ray took care of obtaining all necessary permits, which was a huge relief for me. He was very familiar with the local regulations and was able to navigate the process smoothly and efficiently. When it came time to build, Ray and his team were professional, skilled, and efficient. I had gotten a few quotes from other contractors and the experience was already exhausting before any work even started. Then I found Mozaik Construction and everything changed.From the very first conversation they actually listened. They did not just hand me a generic package or try to upsell me on things I did not need. We talked through the layout, the tile choices, the fixtures, and they even flagged a water pressure issue behind the wall that two other guys completely missed. That alone saved me from a much bigger headache down the road.The work itself was clean and precise. The tile work especially came out incredible. The grout lines are perfectly even and the way they transitioned the floor tile into the shower was something I have seen done poorly so many times but they nailed it.Communication was straightforward and consistent throughout, and they finished right on schedule without any last minute surprises. The final walkthrough was genuinely one of those moments where you just stop and think wow, this is actually my house. I would not hesitate to use Mozaik again and I am already talking to them about the kitchen."See more
