The bathroom remodel started with really strong communication and that excellent customer service stayed consistent the whole way through. Every time something came up, it was explained in a normal, easy way without rushing or pushing decisions. The crew was respectful of the space, cleaned up daily, and didn’t cut corners, even on details most people wouldn’t notice right away. There were a few small tweaks along the process and they were handled quickly without any back and forth.
