As a former collegiate athlete in basketball and track and field, with expertise in the 100m sprint, I bring a wealth of experience to the table as a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of practice. I’ve had a few different trainers, but he’s by far the best! Marcos is motivating, he’s knowledgeable and professional, and keeps workouts fun! Getting toned has been my biggest obstacle and I’m already seeing results. He’s more than a trainer, he’s a friend who genuinely cares about your goals!

I've been seeing Marcos since 2015 and have not regretted it one second! he's helped me get motivated into training on a regular basis and every session is unique and always a bit different so it doesn't get stale or boring. He's super professional and knowledgable about injuries. I've had some issues with lower back pain and we've really adjusted what we do to support building my cores strength to help ease some of that pain. He pushes you in a good way without any judgement and makes you feel like you really want to give your all.
