- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Double Drive Time is the only legal way to charge for travel time in the state of California. The time spent driving, after loading the truck with your items, from your pick-up location to your destination location is doubled. For example; if you are moving from North Hollywood, CA to Burbank, CA and it took the movers 15 minutes to drive from North Hollywood to Burbank you will be charged for 30 minutes of their time. This would be at the same hourly rate of your quote and is included in our minimum hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide local, residential and commercial moves every single day. We also provide long distance residential moves on a weekly basis as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never book with a broker and always make sure to receive a binding in-home estimate from any moving company that offers a flat rate.
