- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging Service Fee includes (Due at time of Service): Initial & final walk through. Furniture, Décor Accessories, Window Coverings, Bedding & Wall Art Selection & Design. Delivery, Installation & Staging Services. Digital photos via Email for MLS. Removal / De-Staging Service & Liability Insurance . Furnishing etc. Rental Fee: 1st Month is (Due at time of Service)... Thereafter, the Staging items Rental will be on a month-to-month basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been intrigued by Real Estate, Architecture & Design. When I choose to be a Mortgage Loan Officer for 6 years I was able to emerge in this lifestyle. During this time I assisted Realtors weekly with Open houses, Brokers Opens & Staging... I ended up absolutely Loving the Prepping & Staging aspect of it all... I looked forward to that more so then doing the Loan... With several successful "Pro bono" Stagings under my belt & my extensive knowledge and understanding of Real Estate transactions, I felt I was ready to open my own Staging & Re-Design business. "Staged to Sell by Richelle" was opened over 2 years ago & it was the best decision I've ever made....
