FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the specialized nature of back-pain focused training. All sessions are 1-on-1 and tailored to your specific pain triggers, mobility limits, and strength level. I offer both single sessions and discounted packages for clients who want consistent support. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. I also include a free movement + back pain assessment for all new clients so we can determine exactly what you need before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always begins with a free back pain and movement assessment. I look at how your spine, hips, and core move so I can identify what’s contributing to your pain. From there, we talk through your goals, injury history, daily habits, and what you’ve already tried. Based on what I find, I create a personalized plan focused on improving mobility, building core and glute strength, and teaching you how to move without pain. Every session is adjusted to your comfort level, and I explain everything so you understand exactly why we’re doing each movement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer with advanced training in mobility, corrective exercise, and back-pain specific coaching. Over the years, I’ve studied pain science, movement mechanics, and spine-safe strength training so I can help people move without fear and rebuild their bodies safely. My own long history with disc issues pushed me to learn everything I could about why back pain happens and how to fix it. That journey has shaped my entire coaching approach and given me a deeper level of empathy, patience, and understanding for anyone who feels stuck, limited, or unsure where to start. I combine education, real-world experience, and a supportive coaching style to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel confident moving again.
