Having Natikka as my personal trainer has been such a great experience. I did not have any experience in weightlifting or working out in general and I’ve learned so much in these past couple of months. Nattika is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She is understanding, patient and super nice..but she will definitely challenge you, in a good way! Nattika makes sure I reach my nutritional and physical goals, which I appreciate. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I trained with Nat for a little over two months and lost approximately 10lbs and improved BMI. Although it does not appear to be much on the scale, I definitely lost inches on my waist and toned legs. Most of all, I gained confidence in working out! Before training with Nat I had not liften weights in a while, I mostly used my Peloton bike. Nat was extremely patient with me as I learned the forms of the workouts and with my uncoordinated self! I can’t recommend Nat enough, she is flexible, great communication, motivating, and will tailor the workouts to your needs! Nat knows just the right amount of motivation/push you need, but will not yell at you. It’s mostly laughter, but laughing with you. She never made me feel uncomfortable, she always made sure I was using the correct form, and did not miss a session. I can definitely notice my new strength! I am saddened that I may not be able to train with Nat since I will be moving out of the area soon, maybe online workouts 😁 In addition, I was never bored of the workouts, she kept the sessions diverse. I was pleasantly surprised because I get bored of the same workout routines. If you want a trainer that motivates you, tailors the workout sessions towards your needs, is patient, is flexible, doesn’t yell, but is strict, motivates you, and is overall fun than look no further!!

Nat is an awesome fitness trainer. She helped me a lot in terms of gaining strength and stamina in my workouts and had an extremely patient personality throughout. I really appreciate her help and recommend her to anyone looking for a committed and accommodating trainer

I’ve been training with Nat for a couple months. I have seen results very quickly, getting more toned and defined. She is always prepared and professional. Just like you don’t want a sick doctor, you don’t want an out of shape trainer- Nat is extremely fit, competition level fit. She demonstrates each exercise before the sets, which I really need because I forget. She is good at making form adjustments mid-set. When I have dealt with injuries Nat checks with me on how I’m feeling and tailors the session to what my body is able to do. The level of communication between sessions is extremely fast and she’s very responsive and flexible. You spend hours a week with a trainer and that person can either be a neutral, negative, or a positive personality in your life. I have to say that Nat adds a lot to my week. She is always smiling and encouraging. She pretends my jokes are funny and has just a really uplifting vibe she gives off. I’m grateful to have Nat as my trainer and highly recommend her.
