FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virtual training rates, one-hour sessions are based on a single session rate of $45 and In person rate of $70. Discounts are available for a trial session, or packages of 8, 16, and 24 sessions. Please contact for specific pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step will be a phone call, establish our connection. Second step will be to fill out the Exercise history questionnaire, which is a Google form. This includes standard questions regarding history, any past/current injuries, goals, and/or medical issues I should be aware of. Third step will be to do the trial session. If the client wishes to continue, s/he may choose from my package rates and so begins our fitness journey together!
