Aleks’s and his co worker were great. Very cautious with our piano, and made the small adjustments that we asked him to do after each “move.” It’s a heavy piano (baby grand) but they move it with such ease.

WOW !!! what a great service they have provided. I would like to take this opportunity and thank them first. Thank God I found them on Thumbtack mobile app. I needed a grand piano mover. I was moving my grand piano from Pasadena to Encino. They contacted me immediately upon my request to get quotes from vendors. They are so efficient and very professional. They set up the appointment on that same day I contacted them. They came promptly at the time of the appointment. I was so impressed about their strength in moving my GRAND PIANO. It seemed so easy for them and it appeared that they have done it for years!!!! They were lifting it as if they were lifting a toy !!! I was in awe!!! not only did they move my grand piano I've also asked them last minute if they can move a piece of furniture. Aleks said "no problem" and they also moved that along with my grand piano. The price that they quoted me was unbelievable!!! I couldn't believe it and I was so skeptical at first ! We needed a piano moved from one end of the block to the other, about 6 houses. They moved it down the street on the sidewalk versus a truck since it was such an easy move. Took about a half an hour and it was done! No scratches, no issues! Would recommend them. Nice job.

We had bad communication...When they didn't show today, I called and Mr. Perez said he did not get my information;he knew he had a job, but he had no info. He then found my emails in archive. He offered to do it in the afternoon and then in an hour, but I cancelled, not feeling assured of a good move of our piano.
