Introduction: My experience as one of the first crossover artists bridging the divide between classical and pop, musical and jazz vocals, gives me the edge as a meaningful voice teacher.
My technique is invested in being a "feeling" singer. The fundamentals of good singing are the same for all vocal styles. I have coached singers on recordings in association with Sony, Warner Brothers as well as co-produced a number of CDs for crossover artists.
I am not a gimmick teacher nor a beginner. My pricing reflects the measure of my experience in the a nearly 25-years in the music business and 15-years as a vocal coach. It is competitive with top teachers in Los Angeles and New York but still reasonable.
Some of my students include the Haim Sisters, Angel Joy Blue, Gabrielle McClinton, Dawn Cantwell, and Julie Adams.

Studying with Stephanie Vlahos has been an incredible growing experience; I walk out of every lesson feeling more confident in my technique.
