Wedding Planning

We had hired Tyler to plan/coordinate our wedding for a May 2020 wedding. Leading up to everything, she was incredibly professional, timely, and organized. We obviously had to cancel our wedding due to Covid, but Tyler stayed in touch throughout the year after checking in on our plans. I was sad we weren't able to work with her, as we diluted our celebration plans after everything with the pandemic. I would 100% work with her if you are looking for a cool, calm, organized, professional, and on top of it wedding planner!!

Wedding Coordination

I hired Tyler for my Day Of Wedding Coordinator and she was a life saver! I interviewed quite a few vendors before chatting with Tyler, and I knew right away she was the one from our first meeting. I plan events for my job and was very impressed with Tyler's responsiveness, organization and overall knowledge of the wedding industry. She was so much more than a Day Of Coordinator. We exchanged emails, phone calls and texts for months before the actual wedding and she was always so responsive and happy to help. She never had a quota on how many inquiries we could have-- she just helped with whatever was needed. I planned the whole wedding myself but this being my first wedding, I had no idea how much I didn't know. She asked me all kinds of questions that helped me figure out a lot of logistics I hadn't even thought about. Some of the things her Day Of Coordination services included were: Initial phone call, venue visit (she did 2 of them with me since our wedding got pushed back due to Covid), multiple brain storming emails, ensuring our final wedding timeline was planned out to the minute, handing out all vendor tips, creating a floorplan, setting up the dinner/guestbook/dessert/ tables and other decor, running through the rehearsal ceremony, breaking down decor at the end of the night, reviewing vendor contracts, and coordinating with vendors and the wedding party on the day of the wedding. On top of all that, she spent months answering a million questions I had about logistics for menus, drinks, decor, timeline, etiquette, rentals, and vendors. There are 3 stories I want to share about my awesome experience working with her: 1) A few weeks before the wedding, I asked if she could talk on the phone because I was freaking out about all the stuff I had to get done, including what to do with all of the decor I collected that was sitting in my living room. She calmed me down and suggested I start creating some mockups for my tables and to send her photos and she would suggest any edits. I felt SO much better after going through this process with her and I thought it was so cool of her to take a phone call with me to calm me down. She provides true support to her clients and doesn't limit you on how many exchanges you can have to ensure the job gets done. 2) I was very impressed with her from the moment I met her during our first venue visit. The owner of the venue was arguing with me about things being in our contract but unfortunately I had printed the contract without his signature on it. Tyler busted out her signed copy of the contract and pointed out his signature so that shut him up real fast. Then he was grilling me on something about a liquor license when Tyler jumped in about who was legally allowed to serve liquor and the rules around it. I was so thankful she was there that day. 3) We had a photobooth at the wedding that had a guestbook you could sign and could leave a 15 second video message. I thought it was so cute that Tyler dressed up, left us a video message and wrote a sweet message in our guestbook. It'll be fun to look back on down the road since she was such a key person that made our wedding day so successful. Tyler was so amazing to work with and I will recommend her to every bride I know getting married. Do not hesitate to hire her-- you will not regret it!

Wedding Coordination

Thank you Tyler was amazing. I had already had my Vendors and venue. I need a Coordinator For the day of my wedding. Tyler. was professional she Responded to my to phone calls texts and emails in timely matter. Not only does she coordinate but she also decorated my tables and arch mind you her time keep was on point. She made sure my time was want I want to happen for my wedding she made sure all All my vendors was ready to go and contracts was in order and if seen something that was messing she would point it she worked ready on July 24 , 2021 I don’t she ever say done she stay checking on me and husband help change dresses she was worth every time. She kept me calm she text me the morning of my once again to let me know everything is going be great. If was ever a problem I wouldn’t have known she took care of it… I was very please I would highly Recommend her. I don’t have any pictures yet but will definitely make sure she gets some… Thanks Tyler I couldn’t have picked a better Coordinator you did an Awesome job me and my husband was very pleased. Angel🥰

Wedding Planning

Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped bring our special day to life and was able to navigate a few on the fly changes on the day of with ease and professionalism. We would highly recommend her for any event! Her organization was one of things that kept me from completely falling apart a few days prior to the wedding so I am beyond grateful for that. We were lucky enough to have Tyler take care of our florals for the wedding and she exceeded my expectations in that department. The bouquets were spectacular, and the center pieces were perfection! Wedding Planning

Tyler did amazing for our boho/tropical theme wedding ! Even with the stressors of having a ceremony at a site 45 minutes away from the reception site …. Everything came out PERFECT ! Tyler took care of us the entire night and we didn’t stress not one moment that night. We truly had the best day ever. I would definitely recommend Tyler for your upcoming wedding. You will not regret it. We are still reliving out wedding day. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I think that’s pretty rare as a bride lol. She’s truly amazing.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I believe that my fees should be in line with your needs. I don't offer packages because I feel like every event is different and has different tasks, therefore I price accordingly. Day of Coordinator fees usually begin in the $900-$1500 range. Full-range wedding planning can be 10-15% of your wedding budget. I am flexible with payments and really try to work with my clients to get them a service they will love AND afford. Additionally, I give a 10-20% discount on return discounts and referrals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have an in-person or phone conversation to really get down to the nitty-gritty about their event and their vision. It is very helpful when crafting a service based on their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years! Everything I learned has really made me the planner I am today. I have been planning all kinds of events for 18 years, and it is truly and completely what I love to do.
