My fiancé and I hired Tyler as our day of coordinator for our destination wedding in Sonoma, CA and that decision was the best one made! Not only was Tyler professional and punctual, she was extremely organized, communicated efficiently not only with us, but the venue, and ensured all our requests were adhered to. My wedding had quite a few hiccups not due to anything Tyler did (father of bride arriving late, stepmothers dress zipper breaking lol). Complete craziness! However, Tyler handled everything exceptionally well! Not only did she check on my fiancé and I numerous times during the day, but she even helped my stepmother sew up her dress LOL. Overall, Tyler went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend her services! Thank you so much Tyler!!

Tyler was our planner for our wedding in Napa in April 2022, and she is amazing! There are several things that Tyler does extremely well and differently: 1) Tyler is warm, responsive, flexible, competent, and experienced with planning complex wedding. 2) Tyler charges for the services that she actually provides versus some of the unreasonable "flat fees" that many wedding planners charge. 3) Tyler goes WAY above and beyond at every step. For example, she did 2 site visits with us, even though we had only booked 1 technically. She also went to our venue a few days early to make sure a heater delivery was set, and we didn't even ask her to do this. And even more so, she got a refund on some of our rentals that didn't work after the wedding was already over (and we didn't even notice that some of our rentals were faulty, but Tyler still got us our money back). I can't recommend Tyler highly enough! She is a true gem in the wedding industry.

We found Tyler on a whim through Thumbtack back in 2019 while looking for a day of coordinator that fit our budget. She was friendly and helpful from our first conversation to the last. Tyler stuck with us through multiple reschedulings due to COVID and we finally had our big day last week. We were able to completely enjoy ourselves, and Tyler handled everything to a T. She was extremely organized, dedicated, responsive and kept all the little details running effectively to make our big day perfect. We would definitely hire Tyler again in a heartbeat! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my fees should be in line with your needs! I don't offer packages because I feel like every event is different and has different tasks, therefore I price accordingly. Day of Coordinator fees usually begin in the $2000 range. Full-range wedding planning can be 10-15% of your wedding budget. I am flexible with payments and really try to work with my clients to get them a service they will love AND afford.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an in-person or phone conversation to really get down to the nitty-gritty about their event and their vision. It is very helpful when crafting a service based on their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years! Everything I learned has really made me the planner I am today. I have been planning all kinds of events for 20 years, and it is truly and completely what I love to do.
