- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an in-person or phone conversation to really get down to the nitty-gritty about their event and their vision. It is very helpful when crafting a service based on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for 40 years! Everything I learned has really made me the person I am today. I have been producing all types of events for 20 years, and it is truly and completely what I love to do.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is my budget and what things do I need most help with? What is my style of event, and what is my "vision"? How much decor and extras am I doing at the event that I may need to communicate with my planner?
