Introduction: My name is Joshua and I've been a certified personal trainer for 2 years. I strive to empower my clients with the tools to redefine what fun and meaningful fitness means to them, while living their lives with strength, robustness and healthiness.
My goal is for you to enter any gym knowing exactly what to do and how to achieve your goals and a certain point, not need me anymore (but if you'd like to continue training with me, I'm down for it).
My training is focused on fitness education, mastering compound lifts, and building strength and mobility through functional training.
