Thanks to thumbtack I was able to find SOTA Construction Company, a great company for repairs I needed to one of my bathrooms, the shower wall tiles had to be removed and replaced, along with the fan, and some plumbing. They showed up within a couple of hours after I contacted them. And started the job as promised and on time. I'm very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very perfessional and nice too!!

Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

After disappointing experiences with two previous property managers who did not fulfill their promises, it's great to have a property manager who lives up to expectations and does everything that he says he will do. Jonathan Fleming found a new tenant for my vacant condo within a month after I hired him, at a rent over 50% more than what my previous tenant had paid. Jonathan and his staff always respond quickly to my questions. The people he hires for repairs, remodeling and house cleaning all do a first rate job. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of service that have received from Openworld Properties and I have already recommended them to a friend.

I had long list for fixing decks and sidings for thirty year old my house. When I called MSC construction, Charlie and Sarah came within a day for an estimate. The estimate was for multiple sections with each price. I paid when each section was fixed. We had few change orders that weren’t found in initial estimate. Whole cost was very competitive with others’ estimates so we chose MSC construction. Charlie and one worker spend almost six days in a row (9 AM to 5 PM) fixing all issues of the list. I liked his professional works on fixing decks, sidings and all fixes were well done. Communication was straight forward and quick, so I and my wife were happy from very first call and up to the completing the work. I would recommend MSC construction if you need fixes for your property.

Working with Greg was a pleasure. I knew that I didn’t have to worry about him doing what he said he’d do. He posted my unit for rent on every site, some that I’d never even heard of. He provided resources for me at every turn. I decided to sell my condo instead of renting it out, so I didn’t get to use Greg as a property manager through the entire process, but would use him again in a heartbeat!
