Thanks to thumbtack I was able to find SOTA Construction Company, a great company for repairs I needed to one of my bathrooms, the shower wall tiles had to be removed and replaced, along with the fan, and some plumbing. They showed up within a couple of hours after I contacted them. And started the job as promised and on time. I'm very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend these guys. They were very perfessional and nice too!!
Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

I lmet Charolette about 2 years ago, after dealing with a terrible renter. She came, informed me what I needed to ready the house for rental. Once you turn the property over to her company, they handle everything. Someone comes inside and checks on the house once a week , while it's empty. She screens potential renters carefully, and even guarantees them for the first 6 months, or she will evict at her cost. I have had a good relationship with her and most of those who work for her. I have recommended others, with property to rent, and they also feel as I do. I receive my rent on time, no problems.
