We were literally on our way out of town when one toilet started leaking from the base and another wouldn’t flush—definitely an emergency. Within minutes of submitting a request on Thumbtack, they called and texted me, and had a technician at our home in under an hour. It turned out tree roots had infiltrated our pipes, making it a much bigger job than we expected. Miguel, our technician, was outstanding. He was thorough, honest, and took the time to clearly explain everything at every step. Despite hours of work on a Friday evening, he stayed until he got our water back up and running, then returned first thing the next morning to finish the job. Once they sent a camera through the line, they discovered the issue was much worse than I expected one section of the sewer line had shifted, and another section had a large root.Every crew that came out during the repair process was professional, respectful, and truly gentlemanly. I want to give a special thankyou to Kevin, who did most of the work. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier.The repair was expensive and took about 12 days, but now I finally have peace of mind knowing the problem is fixed correctly.
